Hello, I’m Hallie Cromwell, but I most often go by LowlyLynx online.
Born in Tacoma, Washington, and raised in the greater Pacific Northwest, I drew inspiration from Japanese art styles like manga and ukiyo-e, as well as local graphic novelists whose work I adored growing up.
Cartoony with big eyes and bold lines, my art reflects the work I have admired for years. Thanks to my style, I have been commissioned to illustrate children's books, company logos, and personal art pieces. Outside of commission work, I sell my artwork at local markets where I have found success and connections and look forward to additional collaborations in the future.
