The Prophecy of Moira
A prophecy foretold by faces long forgotten speaks of a child born six thousand years after a great disaster will bring the powers back to the Drakon, people born of draconic descent with no ability to tap into their bloodline.

Despite meeting the initial requirements, when Moira is born missing her right arm and a majority of her left leg, her birth is seen as a fluke leaving her cousin, born but two days later, the new heir to the prophecy.
​
Discouraged and tossed to the side by both her family and society, Moira vows to make the grand journey
and bring back power to the Drakonian line, proving she is the one the prophecy foretold about, whether her people believe in her or not.
Current Progress
Story layout is complete, and comic is in production! Looking for a late 2026 to early 2027 release of the first volume.

Changes were made to art style to push series out sooner, going from fully rendered black and white with shading, to a more sketchy style.
​
Comic initially was scheduled to be printed and sold in fully rendered style, will now be available for free online or in person for a low amount with additional sketches and panels exclusive to physical version.
​
The Prophecy of Moira is also set to now release on a chapter basis, and not on a manga-style volume basis to increase output. First launch in late 2026/early 2027 will have prologue, in addition to issues 1-3, and then all future chapters will release on a routine basis of every 4 months.

Moira da Phaino
The protagonist and name for the comic, Moira stands apart from her allies with her tenacious attitude, distrust of others, polar temperament, and disinterest in much else than completing the prophecy. Time and great friends will be her guide, but will revelations far darker than she could have ever imagine push her even further from the light? Only time, and the work she puts towards herself, will tell. For now, hacking and slashing will do just fine.

Fun Fact: Despite being a Drakon, a lot of Moira's favorite possessions including her favorite shirt, leg, and sword are Kirin in design. This is due to her fathers job as an ambassador to the eastern empires, as he would gift her lavish items every time he returned from those long trips.
O'ti the Mountain Orc
O'ti is best summarized as the parent of the group, neither mom nor dad, but a general guiding and kind force that checks his friends often rash and immature behavior. He gives great advice or is just there if you need to vent, he will always help pick you up when you're down, and he will always see the better side of you. His one con is he cannot share any of those emotions with himself, and would rather flee from a situation than confront it. Even if that entails abandoning his family...having not seen any of them in over three years.

Fun Fact: Before O'ti left his home, he worked alongside his father as a fisherman, ice fishing in the winter, collecting mollusk in the spring and fall, and netting spawning fish during the summer. The first thing he made sure to pack before he left was a basic rod, and it's kept him fed for the majority of his travels through Faedel.
Leigh (TBD)
His parents were most likely killed, he was sold as an ingredient for potions, bought by a sorceress from across the planet, raised by a ego maniac, abandoned for the past twelve years, and currently high on life. Leigh is always having a good time, even if it costs the peace of those around him. His interests include technology those darn elves are too pansy to touch, summoner magic, and finding out if he should mourn or "reprimand" is birth givers. Getting them to feel anything more than a joyous apathy towards the world is like convincing a sorcerer she doesn't indeed need to conquer a lesser gods soul for their own use.

Fun Fact: Leigh is a brownie, a rare species of Fae found exclusively in the Elder Forest. Brownie's are known for their connections to nature, their peaceful temperaments, and quaint life. It seems being a Brownie truly is nurture, and not nature.
